关于Chem Eur J的proof,小弟有些迷糊,求高人指点!不胜感激...

欧洲化学接受后，等了两个月才来了proof，一共三个文件，一个word文档，是我文章的文字部分，里面有好多不同颜色的字，还有一些波浪线，不知道是啥意思（见附图）。
一个是pdf文档，是排好版的文章，包括图片。还有一个文件名是Chem-avis的pdf文件，好像是个订购单。邮件里给出的指南如下：
Please follow the instructions given below to avoid any misunderstanding:
>1. Do NOT turn off the track-changes mode in Word. Save the file in Word 2003 or lower.

>2. Do NOT remove/change any color-coded tags for graphics/tables in the DOC file or any other special coding.
>
>3. Check the PDF file for the layout of the article (alternatively you can add your comments in the PDF file or return your proofs by Fax).

>4. Black boxes or a question between black boxes signals unclear or missing information that specifically requires your attention. Note that the author is liable for damages arising from incorrect statements, including misprints.
这个也有些迷糊，尤其是第四点里的black box不知道是什么东东，我也没看到啊！
我想请教一下回复的时候是不是只把pdf文件回过去就可以了呢？
